Description
The STL120NH02V utilizes the latest advanced design rules of ST's proprietary STripFETTM Technology. Thanks to a very low threshold, it is ideal for Synchronous Buck Converter in point of load brick module. The Chip-scaled PowerFLATTM package allows a significant board space saving, still boosting the performance.
